Dr.Isha first impressions

This post is late because I received an invitation late. But anyways my reaction towards what were in the chicken nuggets we ate I was not shocked because I knew they did not taste naturally good. I was kind of surprised we did not watch how our carrots are made I was wondering what are the conditions carrots went through in farms? Are they fresh? But that is something I must figure out on my own.
