Dr. Tejada: First Impressions

For breakfast today I ate a sandwich because I woke up a bit late and did not get any time for anything else. I found it dull and not very good to be honest. For lunch I ate nothing the whole day but for dinner I ate another sandwich but this one had lettuce, tomato and ham so it had more flavour and I enjoyed it.

  1. I notice a lot of people go through the most of their day without eating much inbetween breakfast and dinner...I wonder what the health ramifications of this may be?

  2. Breakfast may be hard to eat in the morning since you still are very sleepy and not hungry. Though you should try to eat it. It's the most important meal of the day!
